Every pouch holds a great dish

Everything you’d normally have to prepare and produce — we seal into one small pouch. Our sous vide dishes are packaged in special vacuum-sealed bags, where food is cooked at controlled temperatures between 60°C and 74°C, using the Low Temperature Cooking technique (LTC). Ingredients, assembled raw with sauces or seasonings if required, are vacuum-sealed to preserve their freshness and quality. Even vegetables retain their nutritional value and genuine flavor — no need for added spices.

Our dishes taste fresh — as if just cooked. They retain their full flavor and aroma, never taste reheated, and do not lose weight during cooking. They’re ready to be served but can also be customized by chefs to further elevate their flavor.

How is vacuum-packed food stored?

• Our Orved-brand vacuum-sealed pouches ensure safe food storage at a controlled temperature between 0°C and 4°C, fully compliant with European regulations.​
